Charlene Chausis

Charlene Chausis is the Staff Development Technology Trainer at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire , Illinois , and she is extremely active in state and local technology organizations. In addition to being a member of the Discovery Educator Network, Charlene is an Apple Distinguished Educator, serves on the Executive Board of the Northern Illinois Computing Educators group, and frequently shares her expertise in presentations at the Illinois Technology Conference for Educators and at local mini-conferences and special events in Northern Illinois .
Charlene heads an impressive technology integration program at her school and she maintains an outstanding training web site filled with materials that she freely shares with educators across the state. A quick look at the content of her recent presentations and blog posts reveals the tremendous scope and depth of her expertise. She is extremely skilled in showing educators how to master the key functions all of the mainstream software applications commonly used in schools, but she is just as knowledgeable about important emerging technologies and free utilities that help teachers as they create innovative projects for their students.
