Janet Corder

Meet Janet Corder. She is a DEN member in the North Texas area and is the Instructional Technology Coordinator in Carroll ISD. She implements and trains hundreds of teachers on integrating technology into their classrooms. Janet is also one of the creators of TENOR. TENOR is an organization of technology educators from different school districts around the Ft. Worth and Dallas metroplex who gather regularly and share technology ideas. Recently, Janet, along with several other folks, organized and facilitated a day of sharing. Educators gave short, 20 minute presentations of a cool tech idea or concept. Janet is also the Area 11 Director for the Texas Computer Education Association and will be Vice President of the 2008 TCEA Conference held in Austin every February. Janet said recently to a group of instructional technology specialists that “unitedstreaming is one of the greatest things to come to our schools in the past few years.” Not only is she talented and motivational, but she really knows how to have fun!!!
