Karrie Anne Vitti

Karrie Anne Vitti is the Instructional Technology Staff Developer for the Lynbrook Public School District in New York. Her district was among the first on Long Island to purchase unitedstreaming , giving each classroom access to digital media to support teaching and learning. Karrie is a well known presenter in her region, passionately sharing her knowledge on topics including Using the Internet to Support Instruction, Creating Online Learning Environments Using Moodle and connecting classes via video conferencing. Karrie has facilitated many collaborative projects involving multiple states, including the Google Earth and unitedstreaming project working closely with Southern California DEN Field Manager, Jannita Damien. Karrie invites excited educators to participate in future collaborative projects with her giving students the unique opportunity of interacting and learning with peers nationwide.
