It doesn't seem that there are any groups in California.  I am a second year teacher that was put in charge of ASB and would love to get involved with this sort of thing.  I am lucky enough to have the ability to project any sort of image on a screen in the front of my room because of a digital projector and a document camera.  It really helps in provding images to the students about the topics we study.
