Accessing Admin Site

I am the admin for our school but I don't know that I have ever really done anything with that. I would like to log in as admin in order to do mass uploads of students for the Discovery log ins. Only admin can do that. I remember when it was first set up the superintendent who did it said she changed my password, which caused a mess with my star status but that has been cleared up.

Am I going to the correct location? The only one that I can get to work is http://admin.unitedstreaming.com and it comes up with our IU and schoolname and a page to click but nothing happens. I have tried a bunch of other site names with the word "discovery" in them. What am I missing here?

That's a very old version of

That's a very old version of the admin site, definitely wouldn't use that one anymore. Instead, when you log in, if you're an account adminstrator you'll see admin options right from your My DE page. You'll also have a My Admin link in the upper right. If you don't see those, you might not be flagged as an account admin right now. Contact education_info@discovery.com and they can straighten that out.

Thanks, Steve. I got an answer today. I guess we don't have access to the admin site because technically we don't have a streaming account until the state of Pennsylvania passes the budget. GRRRRR. I was just told to be patient.
