Black Video Player

Having a problem with the streaming video. We can pull up a video, see the first frozen picture of the video, but when we play, the video is just black. We can hear, pause and rewind, but the video will not appear. This happens with any video we try to play.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Is it a Flash Player issue? Any help would be great.
