Mathlincs: Geometric Landscapes

I invite all of you to join our Mathlincs project. You can take a look at the whole project at www.t56linc.com/moodle. Our latest project is having students create a geometry word problem based on a photo of a local landmark. We will post all of the questions and photos on a GoogleEarth tour so that everyone can take a math tour of local landmarks. We would love for you to contribute to this even if you don't want to participate in other parts of the project. If you have questions, you can contact me at t56linc@gmail.com

My class is having a ton of fun with this project! I would encourage anyone who might even have a tiny bit of interest to join in. It is a great way to collaborate with classes from around the nation. ~Teryl
