DE Streaming download problem

Hi,

I am trying to download a video from the DE Streaming site which downloads as an .asf file.  I am on a Mac and Quicktime won't open it.  I recall having initially set up my account to be able to download as quictime all the videos I needed to save, but what happened?  I looked in the My Account area and do not see the option anymore.

I have had teachers at my school w/this problem,too.  Even though we set up their preferences, under "my account", as Quicktime for some reason the site isn't saving it.  When you download make sure that you choose the Quicktime option and stand alone application.  You can choose these options every time you view a video to download.  Hope this helps!  ~Teryl

I can't download the cask of amontillado. It says  no current  match for this search.  It is listed in WebMax as being available on streamline.

I just posted a simillar question, can you let me know when you find out, if I am able link or embedd a United Streaming Video to a Power Point Presentation?

You can link United Streaming videos to powerpoints. You have to make sure you download the video first, and then hyperlink it from the powerpoint slide to the URL address. Go to "insert" menu, and then "hyperlink". Good luck!

hey guys,

i need some help there are directions missing for downloading and replaying of videos with cc features.  i work with ec students and was trying to offer them the added feature of listening to a book as well as seeing the words, which would be great for esl students as well.  problem i can download both the video file and the cc file but they won't play back in the windows media center.  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???????????
