educator resources - BLANK PAGE.. ???????

I recently signed up to be a Star Member...  when I click on any of the educator resources, I get a blank page.   I search in the Forum here and noticed ppl were having the same problem...  but those thread were posted in 2007, almost a year ago.   I am guessing the problem still remains and having fix the bug yet????
