PowerPoint 2007

Why can I no longer embed videos into PowerPoint 2007?  It seems to work with my old powerpoints with embedded video but I cannot make new ones.  I have tried everything.  I am puttingtogether a presentation for a national education tech conference this summer and wanted to include United Streaming videos and how they can be used in the classroom.  Please help!!!

I have the same problem!  I think it has to do with conflicts with the media play??????

Is your Office 2007 completely up to date with patches?  The reason I ask is that I was able to embed video segments into Power Point and view them.  I was also able to view the video successfully.

Make sure you are saving the ppt using package as cd.  That will allow the ppt to be a stand alone on any computer.
