Streaming Video not working in Prince George's County

I have all newest software, 4mbps connection, great laptop, but for some strange reason, the video itself won't stream and every teacher for the last week in PG county has said that it just isn't working. I can browse the website just fine, just no streaming video. I can even stream video from other sites with the same video codecs. Is it DEN's server? Software?

What is the username that you are using? Once we know that we can futher address the issue. I was just in PG County this past weekend for the Powering Up Conference and everything seemed to be streaming just fine.
