Trouble with STAR Application

My collegue Lisa Monson is trying to apply to become a STAR.  She can not get past the first screen because it lists our school as North Middle school and will not let her change it.  Any advice I can give her?

Hey Martha - Have her write to app_den@discovery.com to report her problem. This worked for me when some of my teachers had problems.

i had a similar problem and i just called the DEN at 1.800.323.9084 for help.
