Trying to log an event...help?

Hello.  I am trying to register as a new STAR member, but I can not find a way to complete the third step...'log an event'.  A sreeen appears that looks like I should be able to fill in information, but it is not clickable and I can not add details.

Am I overlooking something?  (not suprising if I am just doing something wrong)

When you go there, give it a second to pull it up.  It's actually pulling in the form from a different database, so  it takes a  few seconds to appear. 

If something goes wrong and it doesn't show up tho, just email it to me directly and I'll enter it in for you!
