Writing Prompt Builder

I'm sure there is a very simple answer to this question (or at least I hope so!)

I created a writing prompt for my class, saved the link and assigned it to students. Students went to the link, wrote their first and last name to enter, and did their writing. I cannot for the life of me find their writings. Am I missing something?

Here's what I've been doing. I login to my account. Go to "My Writing Prompts" and their are 2 links. One is the name of the writing prompt, the other is edit. There is nowhere to click to see student submitted assignments.

Please help!

Hi Jan!  When your students

Hi Jan!  When your students have completed their writing prompts, try going into "My Content," find the prompt that you assigned your students, go the dropdown box on the right (should be set to "Copy"), click on the down arrow, select "Grade Book." and click "Go."  This will pull up your gradebook which should include all of the writing prompts, quizes and assignments that your students have completed.  Click on the prompt that you are working with and you will see a list of the students who have submitted prompts.  To see their writing, click on "view writing prompt."  Hope this helps!  Feel free to call me if you have any questions: (704) 763-0581.
