Video problems

The streaming video is not working in DE Health section.  Also the download button is greyed out.  I can view video in DE streaming and I have also been able to view it in the past in this Health area but not today.  I tried at work and at home.  Help.

When I show a video on my desktop computer the video has a 'view full screen' tab on it. I just received a new laptop that is connected to a SmartBoard and when I try to show the same video from the laptop it doesn't give me the 'view full screen' tab on the video. Any ideas or suggestions?

Try right clicking in the video area of your laptop screen and see if a full screen option comes up on the menu.
