help in downloading or saving links

Another new issue has come up when trying to save a link.  In the past the links that I have saved have been in .asf or .pdf format.  Now it is showing as .cfm format and it is not loading.  Is this something I can correct or is it something that has to be corrected on your end?  Hopefully this will be resolved soon.  I have seen some really cool resources that would be beneficial for my summer school students.

Thank you

I am unable to down load either.  Please tell me what I am doing wrong.  I have down loaded lots of stuff in the past, but have spent the better part of today trying with no success.

have you tried downloading as a .wmv (windows movie player) or .mvw and all files as the type of folder.  You should be able to right click and "save target as." Let me know if you are still having trouble because I would love to know more options and hear othe ideas.

I am also having trouble downloading.  I am having issues saving videos into my content.  I think that i save a video and go in to my content and find out it is not there.  My old videos have been moved into a new my content area so i assume there is work being done on the system.
