Downloading single segments

 I am having difficulty downloading a single segment. Every time I attempt to download a segment it downloads the entire file. What am I doing wrong?

To download a single segment, go to the Video Segments tab of the video, right click on the blue download button next to the segment you want, select Save Target As, and path to where you want to save it. Good luck! It is great to read about a teacher who is newly excited about integrating technology in her classroom!
