What happened to Body Story?

I am very much disappoointed with the inconvenience performance of your site!!Up till now I cannot imagine that a respectful organization like yours has succeeded to lose faith in you. We don't trust you any more.  Why? It's a shame if you don't know that your site has gone with the wind!! Either you pay our money back or you must explain in detail what happened and how you are going to compensate the time lost without introducing any materials or the full videos we used to get. I need prompt answer individually and don't ignore explanation to your customer because this will cause you a tremendous loss of your reputation when we announce what is going on with us! Please don't drive me mad because I am fed up with your attitude!!!!!!!
