Not finding videos under my subscription

I have found videos while using my 30 day free trial, but when I signed up with my subscription, I didn't find those videos when I did the search. For example. There is a video called terrible tudors and also videos from the planet earth series that I am not finding once I log in using my school code. Anyone know what might be wrong? Are there different levels of subscriptions that may not include all the videos?

Yes, there are different

Yes, there are different levels of subscription. There is the streaming Plus as well as several different media packs. If you call the support line, or email education_info@discovery.com they can check those specific titles for you and let you know whether they are in the core pack or an add-on.

Not only can I find videos

Not only can I find videos with my subscription, I don't have a search bar anywhere on my page. I have a subscription through a school, my colleagues don't have this problem. How can I get this fixed?
