Quicktime option not available??

This same thing happened to me. I had to call United Streaming help and they fixed it from there in moments!

Can you tell me how you were able to get in touch with Unitedstreaming? I have the same problem, but really don't know how to contact them. Thanks! I have changed and saved in my preferences. It tells you these setting will require you to logout and log back in, but I still don't get a Quicktime option. I really need this fixed.
Quicktime is not showing as an option for downloading United Streaming videos. Mac - Firefox or Safari - same problem. I change the option in My Preferences and Save Changes, Quicktime option doesn't even show as an option to download? Any ideas? Thanks!
