Streaming Login Problems

We have been working with Tech Support for 2 months with trying to resolve a login problem with Streaming. We login and get kicked out. We have cleared the Cache on the individual user machines, we have cleared our networks, we have prioritized everything, done the wildcards, we have done everything DES has asked but still random users cannot get in. Somewhere from the login with DES and the transfer to Streaming we get dropped. Has anyone else experienced login problems with Streaming? What steps have you taken to resolve it? If not what steps have you tried. Thanks,Searching for the needle in the haystack!

We've been having similar issues. Something is getting stuck in our filter. I have been advising teachers to Crtl F5 to force the browser to seek the most updated version of the page. That seems to work for us.

In addition to clearing your

In addition to clearing your cookies and cache, you should also make sure to check for newer versions of stored pages every time you visit the webpage.

To do this, please click here to access the outlined instructions on the new Help site.  Step 4 under both Internet Explorer 6 & 7 explains how to check for newer versions of stored pages.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

We have done all of this and

We have done all of this and "If this does not work, you should contact your school or district IT Department to have them clear the network cache.  It may be necessary to "white list" Discovery Education from the caching server."

But it is still happening to random people in our district daily. This all started in August of 2008.

Thanks, Dale (sorry about not replying sooner, but  never got an email from this post telling me, which I thought I 'd signed up for).
