Sara,
Our bulding just began using PowerMediaPlus in Ohio. Although we have US in our building, we do not have it in our entire district. Since the cost is half that of US, the builing principals can purchase it for their staff without seeking additional funding.
We are currenty using PMP to supplement US. Although there is a great deal of crossover in video selection, some curriculum aligned videos are only available with PMP. Our Social Studies teachers have really embraced the content and began using it on day one. The science and math teachers are still hooked on US and I love all the cross curricular connections.

Hi Christy,
Thanks so much for writing! It's so good to hear that PMP was embraced right from the start. While there is some overlap in the video content, believe it or not it is quite small, only about 10% of the videos can be found on both services.
Just last week I heard an Ohio podcast, I wonder if this could be someone from your building? Visual Arts at Canton Central?
