ESL/TESOL

Our school has a large ELL population! I would be very interested in creating a forum. I teach struggling readers. 80% of my students are ELL students. As you might guess we spend lots of time on vocabulary. We use the Activboard often and bring in clips from everywhere.
I would welcome any suggestions!
Are there any ESL (TESOL) teachers out there?
ANybody interested in creating a forum for discussion on using/adapting these materials?
