Jott is a service that does transcribing over the phone for snippets under 30 seconds.
Dictate by Macspeech is new for the Macs and is relatively inexpensive compared to Dragon Naturally Speaking that you see on the PC.

Hi!
I have a teacher (I'm an ITRT) that would like to find a program that takes a recording of someone speaking and makes transcripts of it. I know of programs that will take written words to audio, but is there a program that does the opposite? Thanks for any help!
