Speech to Text for Mac

Can anyone recommend a program for Speech to Text for Macs?  I have used Dragon Naturally speaking for PCs but I guess it is not available for Macs.

Thank you for sharing this!  I have a special education teacher who needed this information and I have been researching different products.  I will definitely try this out!
