One of our kindergarten teachers took pictures of each of her students. We imported the student picture into Kidspiration. Each web was saved with the student's name. When the students open up the web with their name, they then found pictures that began with the same letter as their name. As they found the pictures in the library, they dragged and dropped them around their picture. As the year went on, the teacher had them find a picture for each letter of their name and challenged others to spell the name according to the picture representations.# Kidspiration;ABC;names

This is a Notebook file that ties three activities together. There is a link to a United Streaming Video clip on verbs, an activity to put scrambled sentences in order and identify the vowels then click on the picture to check your answer. Finally there is a file where the children read a sentence, choose the vowel, and touch a turning question answer graphic to check the answer.
