In this PowerPoint presentation, students are exposed to the concept of economics using UnitedStreaming and then the idea of Renewable and non-Renewable resources are reviewed using video clips. The two activities are Excel activities that require the students to identify resources as Renewable and non-Renewable, and to determine if items are goods or services. My students had a great time participating in this activity. We used it as a activity (prior to taking their Unit test). on Tuesday, Feb 07 2006 at 08:25 AM JudyNewsome on Thursday, Mar 02 2006 at 12:44 PM on Monday, Mar 20 2006 at 04:58 PM economics

This is a curriculum map i created as a final project for a professional development course in AZ. It combines activities, group work, teacher-led activities, and individual assessments/projects. It has links to resources, and you can feel free to change or modify at your discretion (the national standards are a little more general). Let me know if i can help you at all. This should be a senior level regular Econ class-foundations, micro/macro. Economics
